We have created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.

Alex Sanders respects the privacy needs of our valued contacts. This Privacy Policy outlines the specific information that is gathered from ministry events, our website, by email and or by regular mail and describes how that information is used.

Obtaining Information

Alex Sanders openly asks for information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). Your personal information is entered into our database for our mailings, eNews and also to contact you regarding any donation information. Financial information that is collected is used to verify identity, and to bill either you or your organization for donations or orders. Under no circumstances will Alex Sanders make any personal information about an individual contact available to any outside organizations.

Alex Sanders will not sell, rent, or loan our contact lists (including all member data) to any outside organizations. All emails that you have been sent will have an option to unsubscribe. Unsubscribe requests are fulfilled with forty-eight hours and no further communications will be sent to users who have stated that they do not wish to receive the specified information.

Email Content

Alex Sanders ensures content of our emails in order to protect against derogatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, or threatening material that is racially or ethnically offensive.

Communications

Out of respect for the privacy of our contacts we provide the unsubscribe option at the top of every advertisement/solicitation email we send out.

eNews

If a user wishes to subscribe to our events eblast’s, we ask for contact information such as name address, phone number and email address. Out of respect for our users privacy we provide a way to opt-out of these communications.

Customer Service

We communicate with contacts as needed to provide quality products and service which includes issues relating to their account, order, donation etc. We will reply via email or phone, in accordance with the contacts wishes.

Legal Disclaimer

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, in the event we are required by law to disclose personal information we will abide accordingly if and when such action is necessary in order to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site/ emails.

Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information

If a contact’s personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code, phone, email or postal address), or if a contact no longer desires to receive communications from us, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users’ personally identifiable information. This is can be taken care of over the phone or through email.

Why did you receive a mailing from us?

Our email marketing is permission based. If you received a mailing from us, our records indicate that (a) you have expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

Information submitted to us is only available to our ministry people or volunteers. This information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information, and to ministry partners and networks for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

Use of Web Beacons

When we send you emails, we may include a web beacon to allow us to determine the number of people who open our emails. When you click on a link in an email, we may record this individual response to allow us to customize our offerings to you. Web beacons collect only limited information, such as a cookie identifier, time and date of a page being viewed, and a description of the page on which the Web Beacon resides (the URL).

Web Beacons can be refused when delivered via email. If you do not wish to receive Web Beacons via email, you will need to disable HTML images or refuse HTML (select Text only) emails via your email software.
